My Why...

Why I Created The Recruiting Roadmap I didn’t build this course to sell a recruiting program. I built it because I kept watching good players — great kids — get hurt by a process they didn’t understand, and by advice that simply wasn’t enough. For years, I stood on sidelines listening to parents looking for just one helpful tip… one bit of clarity… one answer that might give their son a fair chance. And too often, I saw what happened when families thought they were doing everything right:      They trusted the club Zoom.      They went to the showcases.      They followed the checklist.      They spent the money.      They believed the process would work.      And then September 1st arrived…      and the silence was heartbreaking.    Two families I know personally — wonderful parents, hardworking sons —         went through all of it. Elite clubs. Big events. Great grades. Big performances. And still, when the phone finally rang, the schools contacting them didn’t match who their sons really were, academically or athletically.      Their kids had done everything possible to be in the right position.      Their plan had failed them — not their effort.      And the look in those parents’ eyes… I won’t forget it.      They felt hopeless.      They felt like they let their son down.      And they knew they wouldn’t get a second chance.      Because the truth is this:      **The recruiting year is a one-shot deal.      You either nail it, or you don’t.**      Most families miss important steps.      Most families skip the pieces that create the most interest.      Most families have no idea how to build real relationships with coaches.      Most families never get the clarity they need — until it’s too late. I created The Recruiting Roadmap because I knew I could solve this   problem.      Because I’ve lived it three times with my own sons.      Because I’ve coached hundreds of players through it.      Because every athlete deserves the same life-changing opportunity I was given as a young man — and the same opportunities my sons have been fortunate enough to have.
